Advantages and disadvantages of woven bags

Advantages:

1. Woven bags have strong tensile strength and impact resistance, making them relatively durable;

2. Woven bags also have chemical properties such as corrosion resistance and insect resistance, making them almost suitable for packaging various solid products;

3. Woven bags have good anti slip properties and a long service life, making them suitable for harsh environments;

4. Woven bags have good breathability and are suitable for products that require heat dissipation;

5. Woven bags have a wide range of applications, but they cannot be used on products with fine powder and high activity.

Disadvantages:

1. There is a certain gap between the warp and weft threads of the woven bag, and when subjected to external forces, the warp and weft knitted threads will move, resulting in poor puncture resistance;

2. If there is no inner lining inside, the packaged goods are prone to moisture, and their moisture resistance is poor, which is not conducive to protecting the packaged goods;

3. Poor low-temperature impact resistance and easy aging, but can be overcome by modification and addition of antioxidants respectively;

4. Woven bags are prone to slipping and collapse during stacking.

If the woven bag is made of recycled materials, its quality is unstable, there are many impurities, and the tensile strength and toughness are average. So when choosing woven bags, it is important to pay attention to whether new or recycled materials are used
